Where do you ship from?

We ship all products from Ireland. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched with reliable carriers.

What countries do you currently ship to?

We currently deliver to Ireland and the United Kingdom. We plan to launch a Spanish site with local delivery options in the near future.

How long does delivery take?

We estimate a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days within Ireland and the UK after your order is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported by WooPay, including debit/credit cards and other secure payment options.

Are the products handmade?

Most of our items are crafted using precision machinery, but every piece includes manual design and hand-finishing. We also offer select curated products made by trusted distributors.

Are all items limited or unique?

Many of our products — especially the personalized and crafted ones — are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities, making each purchase truly special.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Many of our items are customizable. We’ll work with you to confirm the design before finalizing production.

Can I return or exchange personalized items?

Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged once approved by the customer. Please check all details carefully before confirming.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. All products are shipped directly to your preferred delivery address.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
